Just in time for Spring
We are starting to see signs of Spring everywhere.
It is rare that I actually knit something for myself.
I went to to buy yarn to make a gift.
And this green yarn jumped out at me, insisting that I make it into something lovely.
It is 100% baby merino wool.
I've been wanting to knit something in this color for awhile.
And I've had my eye on this pattern called Citron.
And I finished, just in time for some sunshine.
It may only be another day or so, before we get another deluge of rain.
Or sooner.
But I got to spend some lovely time outdoors with the kids.
And a peaceful evening.

That is a beautiful shall. I love the color and the pattern. The pictures are great. I love the kids in the creek wading around. Thanks for sharing :)

Bellissimi il modello e il colore. Da noi sta nevicando, ma il tuo scialle fa venire voglia di primavera.
ReplyDeleteCiao Paola
One of my favorite pieces. Mine is very close in color to yours, but mine shades from purple to green. Love yours!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the compliments! I am knitting another shawl, an unusual one, that I'm very excited about. I'm also knitting the baby vest 'milo' for the first time. So many projects, so little time :)
